These terms cover use of this website and the text-message program operated by Garage Force of Pasadena, a business name of Vivire Corporation, CSLB 1131600. Contractor records for this license also list the name Garage Force Industrial Coatings of Los Angeles. Our shop is at 45 S Arroyo Pkwy #1007, Pasadena, CA 91105.

Who we are and what we text

Garage Force of Pasadena sends two kinds of text messages, and only when you choose them separately.

• Non-marketing messages about estimates, appointment reminders, and project updates for coating work you asked us about.
• Marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.

Agreeing to one kind does not agree you to the other. You do not have to agree to either one to request an estimate or to hire us.

The consent language on our chat and forms is:

• I consent to receive marketing text messages, about special offers, discounts, and service updates, from Garage Force of Pasadena at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.
• I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Garage Force of Pasadena about estimates, appointment reminders, and project updates. Message frequency may vary, message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.

Opting out and getting help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 626-463-5627. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 626-463-5627.

You can also reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. That request applies to the type of message you were receiving.

Message frequency and charges

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at a frequency that varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Estimates and packages

Package prices and monthly figures on this website are planning illustrations for existing concrete. They are not a financing offer, a lender quote, or a promise that a slab qualifies. The price for your job is the one we confirm after we see the surface.
